All-American Natural Beauty

Please be familiar with All-American Natural Beauty Rules & Regulations. All contestants, parents, guardians, and guests must abide by the following rules:

 

| Pageant functions are not open to the public and require an entry purchase - $5 for 5 YRS & UP; 4 YRS & UNDER FREE. A pageant ID bracelet must be worn at all times during the pageant.

 

| All-American Natural Beauty nor Cloud 9 Imagery will be responsible for any injury, accident, or mishaps associated with travel to or from the pageant, while hosting at the hotel/venue, or during competition in the pageant.

 

| We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

 

| The parent/guardian is solely responsible for the safety and well-being of their child/children during any function of the pageant.

 

| All decisions made by judges are final; no changes are allowed and judges’ area is off-limits to pageant attendees. Points and/or disqualification may result if found hovering over judges and poor sportsmanship/behaviors are witnessed by pageant staff. No refund will be given.

 

| The pageant expects parents to coach children prior to all competitions; however, children 4 years and under may be coached throughout their routines. Our judges are commissioned to judge your child’s performance in an unbiased manner; please do not speak with the judges.

 

| Every effort will be made to follow our set schedule; schedule will be posted one week before pageant. All contestants are expected to be on time for all events; the pageant will not wait for any late contestants, and points will be deducted for out-of-order contestants.

 

| Parents are responsible for checking out any prizes, awards, gifts and score sheets after the pageant and must be signed out at the registration desk after Crowning.

 

| Child must compete within the age division of contestant’s age on the day of pageant; however, we reserve the right to combine age groups where necessary or extend a grace period in extenuating circumstances. Upon registering, parent’s signature serves to certify age, and All-American Natural Beauty reserves the right to request a birth certificate if age is questionable.

 

| Registration Fees (Beauty & Model Search Category) are nonrefundable.

 

| Refunds in full will be returned to contestants in emergency situations with valid documentation. It is at the pageant directors’ discretion to deem a situation an emergency.

 

| Our winners are very special to us; therefore, we value and expect positive representation in public appearances regarding All-American Natural Beauty. 

 

| If any All-American Natural Beauty winners are found not to appear in a positive representation, it is at the pageant directors' discretion to strip away his/her title and require return of all awards and crowns.

 

| Your child’s image may be used in promotional media including television, website, printed material and other venues for All-American Natural Beauty and/or Cloud 9 Imagery. All of our contestants are cherished and make a difference; therefore, everyone is included.

 

| Periodic sweeps of video for security purposes will be made and kept indefinitely for your safety.

 

| By registering, you agree to follow the rules and regulations set by All-American Natural Beauty, Cloud 9 Imagery and the hosting venue/hotel.

 

| We want your child to experience a positive pageant event. Anything that pageant directors and/or staff deem negative or abusive toward any contestant or child by an accompanying adult attending All-American Natural Beauty will not be tolerated. Examples may include: negative/aggressive signals, hand gestures, verbal cues or rough-handling (and any other demeaning actions toward a child will result in dismissal and disqualification of contestant and/or party with no refund extended.
